All proceeds benefit the campaign of Orlando Lopez, running for House District 33, who is dedicated to fighting for education, supporting our workforce, and securing affordability for Texas families.

About Voting Buddy

This event proudly supports Voting Buddy, a program created that ensures every voice is heard and protected at the polls. Voting Buddy assigns trained Caucasian American volunteers to accompany immigrants and people of color throughout the entire voting process, providing a reassuring presence that helps prevent intimidation and creates a safer voting experience. In these critical times when voting access faces unprecedented challenges, Voting Buddy stands as a powerful symbol of solidarity and community protection.

Our test-run of this groundbreaking program will be on May 26, 2026 for the Primary Run-Off Elections in Collin County. We plan to expand the program statewide as much as possible for the Mid-term General Election in November.
